Very nicely recently renovated apartments, made to a high standard, everything in the apartment appears brand new or almost new. Comfortable bed, very spacious bedroom, very comfy bed, nice kitchen, space for working, 24/7 desk, extremely clean and nicely decorated. There are several supermarkets and bakeries close by and the marina is only a few metres away. The apartments are located within a residential area.
People appear to smoke everywhere in Kotor, even inside restaurants, if we didn't shut the windows of our flat fully, cigarette smoke would come through into the apartment at times. In the kitchen there was no kitchen towe to dry the dishes with. We noticed lots of ants around. There was a noisy whirring coming from unknown electricity devices inside the apartment.

Lovely location, added extra of a pool. Small but perfect to dip in when it was hot. Staff are lovely and very helpful.
The only negative I can say about the property was the mould in the shower. Horrible to look at and really not good for people with lung conditions like Asthma.

Staff on reception were very friendly and made us feel welcome. They provided beach towels and beach bags without us asking!
The location is great, you can be in the sea 5 minutes from the door or walk into the old town in 20 minutes
Pool was very small! The pictures are very deceptive.

The pool was a great amenity, staff were pleasant and it’s in a great location. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen facilities were good. Information booklet had good recommendation.
This accommodation has an ant problem. They were congregating along the mat by the bed. The wall next to the bathroom was peeling and the cupboard door wasn’t moving on the rail properly.
