Best location on the island. Near everything and at an empty secluded beach.

One Tar Bay was perfect for our group! The owners and property manager were all so wonderful to work with. We hope to be back to this magical home!

We loved our stay at this property with all the bedrooms & each having their own bathroom! The beach was very private & the most beautiful beach I have ever seen! The views were amazing from the deck. The owners were very responsive & nice. It was so helpful that Mary sent us so much info on the island before we ever arrived. We enjoyed our trip very much!

This is a great property located centrally on the island making all the amenities very close. The property itself is gorgeous with unbelievable views, great decks and lovely pool. The beach access is right there. The owners are very gracious and will do everything they can to improve and support your stay. We were there for 12 days and there wasn't a single day where we weren't doing something really fun. The house has lots of beach accessories so you don't need to bring any. Exuma is beautiful and this is a great place to experience it.

We had a great time at 1 Tar Bay. The house is beautiful and spacious. Probably the only downside was the wind and rough water which was up to mother nature, not you Mary! Thanks for a great introduction to Exuma.
