Grande appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, al piano rialzato in un palazzo d’epoca, nel cuore dei Quartieri Spagnoli, adiacente Via Toledo, in un'area ricca di negozi, bar, ristoranti, pizzerie e pub, in prossimità del Teatro San Carlo e Palazzo Reale, a 500mt dalla fermata della metro Toledo della linea 1 ed a 300mt dalla funicolare che porta alla Certosa di San Martino-Vomero.
Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi anche l'area portuale per le partenze per le Isole (Procida, Ischia, Capri).
Per accedere all'appartamento sarà necessario salire 19 scalini.
Tassa di soggiorno da pagare all'inizio del soggiorno 2,50 Euro per persona a notte, per un massimo di 7 notti. Solo per maggiori di 14 anni.

The rental procedure was easy. Chiara sent us great instructions along with pictures that made our entrance a breeze. The apartment was large, so clean and well portrayed on the VRBO site. We really appreciated the apartment was on the mezzanine level. It was everything we expected of our home away from home. It was nice for the 3 of us to have our own comfortable bed and 2 bathrooms was so good for us 3 females! The kitchen was well equiped too. My daughter enjoyed the gas stove and oven and wants one in her kitchen! There was excellent communication as we needed with Chiara. She made sure we were transfered from train to apartment and from apartment to airport with a private driver. We were amused by the Spanish Quarter neighborhood, a very unique experience and not for everyone I'd guess. The greeting we received from neighbour's was wonderful and they seemed to know we were for Chiara! People calling out boungiorno and waving to us on our balcony from theirs; well I think it helped to make us feel safe. We were able to get our bearings with maps in apartment also with Google Maps, somewhat, and find our way where we needed to go grocery store, Metro, bus etc. We have wonderful memories of Napoli!

Naples was a bit of a busy shock after the mellow Amalfi Coast but what a beautiful city! Wish we had more time there. We had a lot of trouble finding the place but once we got our bearings it was a great location. The streets around the apartment were a little crazy with motorcycles and scooters. Within a few more blocks were amazing restaurants and livelihood. The beds were soooo comfy. Lots of space in each bedroom. Bathrooms were clean and showers worked great. WiFi worked well. Contact with our host was great. She had a lot of tourist information in the apartment. She very helpfully arranged transportation for us to the airport. Great price for the size, cleanliness, and location.

Can say nothing negative about this lovely apartment, very spacious and clean. Chiara even arrange pick up from the airport and return.

Appartement moderne et agréable au sein du quartier espagnol..le coeur de naples..proche du metro et donc de la gare pour pompei...et du port pour les iles...c etait parfait...on adoré cette ville atypique et bouillonante

Séjour en famille à Naples
Nous avons passé une super semaine au cœur de la vie napolitaine dans l’appartement de Chiara. Super accueil par ses parents. Emplacement idéal dans le quartier espagnol, facile à trouver une fois quelques repères intégrés. Nos enfants ont adoré. Chiara est très disponible par message pour des renseignements pratiques ou pour organiser les transferts à l’aéroport. Appartement très bien organisé, bien équipé, à recommander sans hésitation.

Great apartment. The neighbourhood is definitely worth experiencing and is close to many sites. Chiara was very helpful and was fantastic to deal with. Would recommend.

A very nice spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms, very clean. Hosts are friendly, no problems communicating.
This was my first time in Naples and will never go back to Spanish quarters. First, the street logistics with ups and downs, on-way streets and stairs is so complicated, that even not all taxi drivers at the airport do not want to go there. Calling a taxi is also a challenge - our taxis could not reach us, because 1 of the streets was blocked, and we had to to drag 6 suitcases dow the stairs to the nearby street.
So next time, I will definitely refrain from staying in Spanish quarters.

Appartement typique
Très bon contact avec les propriétaires avec un gâteau de bienvenue. Appartement spacieux et propre dans un quartier très populaire et assez déroutant au premier abord mais malgré tout sécurisant. Un peti bémol la deuxième salle de bain est très petite (la cafetière aussi pour 1 personne seulement)
