The apartment is located on the first floor in a building in the heart of Naples, a few steps from Via Toledo and close to many sites of great interest within walking distance. The house, where I lived for many years, has recently been renovated, furnished with classic furniture that makes the room warm and welcoming, it can accommodate up to 7 people, and consists of a large double bedroom with TV, a second bedroom with double bed and TV, living room with double sofa bed, sitting room with single bed, entrance, kitchen complete with utensils and crockery, 2 bathrooms.
Access for guests, the whole house is at your disposal. Please read the house rules.
Interaction with guests: For any need, do not hesitate to call, we will do our best to accommodate you in everything to make your stay pleasant. In two minutes on foot, you reach Piazza del Plebiscito with the royal palace, the famous San Carlo theater, ancient churches and museums. A stone's throw from Spaccanapoli and the famous San Gregorio Armeno, the famous via dei presepi, and the chapel of San Severo with the enchanting Veiled Christ. Five minutes from the seafront, one of the most beautiful and famous in the world, full of restaurants and pizzerias where you can taste the typical Neapolitan cuisine.
House rules: Pets are not allowed, It is forbidden to organize parties/events,
Check-in: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, check-out by 9:00 AM. Luggage storage is available. For stays longer than 6 days, upon request, each linen change costs €10 for every two people. For check-in after 8:00 PM, there's an additional charge of €20.
Paid parking is available nearby. Cleaning fee per stay: €30. Airport shuttle service with a trusted driver is available upon reservation.

If I could give Liliana more than 5 stars, I would! She kept in touch prior to, and throughout, the entire stay. Her husband, Claudio, actually walked several blocks to meet us and help with our luggage. The house was very large, clean, and had all of the amenities that we would possibly need! We had a very early flight when we left and Liliana kindly scheduled a taxi to pick us up at 3:45 am. The taxi arrived right on time and I promptly received a text from Liliana making sure that it had arrived and that it was the right taxi. I cannot recommend this place enough! We travel internationally often and this has been one of our best VRBO experiences!

Ok, I’ll give the good points first. Liliana and her husband were more than welcoming for the 4 of us. The apartment was clean. It is within walking distance to the port if you are planning to go to Capri. There are restaurants and cafés close to the apartment. The bad points; it’s on a very narrow street with a lot of traffic noise and when going to the main drag where all the shopping is done, you walk downhill, which means you have to walk uphill when coming back. It states there are four bedrooms on the VRBO website but is actually 2 with a third bed in the living room, plus a single day bed in the hallway. I mentioned this to Lillina and she did say it states there are 4 beds just not 4 bedrooms. Bathrooms were clean and showers were a bit small but still functional. We only stayed for 3 nights to take a tour of the Amalfi coast and Capri, so it worked out for us.
