Appena fuori dalla spiaggia nella zona desiderabile di Shore Drive. I proprietari hanno aggiornato questo condominio per farvi sentire come a casa con arredi e arredi accoglienti per renderlo una vacanza davvero desiderabile e confortevole per voi e la vostra famiglia. Questa unità angolare offre splendide viste panoramiche sul bellissimo cortile paesaggistico con piscina all'aperto. La cucina ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità per la vostra convenienza. Nuovi televisori a schermo piatto HDTV. Anche il Wi-Fi gratuito nell'unità per il tuo piacere. Posti a sedere per 6 al bar della colazione e posti a sedere per 6 al tavolo della sala da pranzo. mobile bar e mini-frigo nel soggiorno
Carrello da spiaggia sulla veranda per trasportare tutte le tue cose in spiaggia rende molto più facile andare in spiaggia. Anche 3+ sedie a sdraio.
Ci sono anche griglie a carbone disponibili nel cortile per i vostri piaceri alla griglia. Godetevi le serate su uno dei due portici schermati o il portico aperto con un'altalena del portico .. We stayed for a week and this condo was everything we needed and wanted! Very clean, plenty of space, and the location was amazing. Quick walk to the beach and some great restaurants. Also a short drive to some of the areas favorite shopping spots. We will definitely book again!!

CONS: A/C was broken first day- it was 76 degrees in there and instead of the owner sending someone to fix it, he sent me videos on how to troubleshoot and do it myself. I spent 2 hours working on that with no fix. He sent someone the next day around 1pm to fix it. I asked for my first day money back, was told no but was offered to check out late at 1pm our last day.
It’s on the 3rd floor with no elevators, so taking a weeks worth of stuff up in July was terrible
Says towels are included, but you gotta pay $25 to use them if you don’t wash and dry before you leave. Sheets for the 3 beds are not included.
Only got the 1 trash bag that was in the trash can for a weeks stay- so take some if you book.
I had to park my golfcart somewhere else because they have a “no golfcart” rule for some reason. I went to get the golfcart to load for the beach- 2min top getting my kids and mom on there to go so they didn’t have to walk far. Did not ever leave it there- and some old couple told me they were coming to tow it. Just kind of petty.
The parking situation is also first come, first serve and you are actually NOT given 2 parking places.
Very outdated. But not the biggest deal.
Can’t use the pots and pans because they have so much crud caked on them- so take your own if you like to cook.
1 fridge was unusable/STANK!
PROS: has washer and dryer. Close to the beach. Nice pools. Has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 porches. 2/3 comfortable beds.

This is quite location very close to the beach. The appartment is more roomy than on the pictures. Heated pool was 50 ft from the complex. My daughter loved the swing seat at one of the balconies (3 balconies!). We have been renting apartments for the last 5 years when on vacation and this one is the best we stayed in. I highly recommend it. 👌

We loved this condo. We were familiar with the area and this unit checked off all our boxes. Great communication with the host, easy check in process and all the amenities we could need. Would highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant experience with our property and the owner. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived very early the morning of check in and the room wasn't ready yet but she let us go in and get changed so that we could use the pool and keep the kids occupied until the room was ready. She was very responsive to any questions we had and the condo itself was very nice and perfect for my family. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Perfect location as well, it's central to all the main attractions and close to the beach.

Loved this place!! A short walk to the beach. The only thing is that if you have small children that have played at the beach all day it's hard to get them to want to walk back. But other than that it was great!

From the time I selected this property until the day we checked out Jody was a saint. The pictures on the website do not do this condo justice. Short walk to the beach was fun and the pools that I could not keep the kids out of are just perfect. We will for sure be staying at this condo in the near future! Thank you so much Jody!

The condo was perfect for us. Had everything we needed. Jody was very helpful and provided a lot of information about the area and places to dine. Just a 3 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again!!

We actually had great time everything was neatly & clean. I really enjoyed back top patio looking over the pool area fresh air. Not to far from the beach another activity. I will definitely come back to E9.

It was a great location close to the beach. It didn't appear anyone had cleaned the condo recently, dishes were in the dishwasher but we still had a good time

Words could not express my gratitude and appreciation for Josh. He was caring, understanding, professional, and provided quick responses. Overall a great host. The property was clean, convenient, and he offered a lot of small extras like coupons for local activities and menus for delivery. If I am in Myrtle Beach again, I would definitely stay at a property hosted by Josh.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We enjoyed the location, which was walkable to a few restaurants and beach. There is also a grocery store and lots of restaurants within less than 5 min drive. It was great to have an indoor and outdoor pool on the property along with outdoor showers to clean up from the beach. The beach chairs were a little rusted on the bottom (can be expected towards the end of season) so I would recommend bring your own if you have them. Overall highly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. It had everything we needed and more. There was a short, easy walk to beach. It's very close to everything we needed and wanted to do. My daughter loved the way It's decorated. We had a great trip at a great condo. Thank You for letting us stay and make memories!❤

It was very good, it would have been nice to local tv in living room but only had internet tv and I have never had to do our laundry before we left but over all it was fine place to stay, bring your own pillows!! Thanks Jody we enjoyed our stay!

We loved everything about our experience!!!! The condo was so awesome and had everything we needed! The pool was great and we enjoyed the porch swing every night! The walk to the beach was a breeze and we loved every minute of our vacation!!!!

Overall stay was good. Area was nice and peaceful. Owner very responsive. Place was nice and had alot of amenities. The only complaint i could have had was a couple little housekeeping issues (nothing major).

The positives: -walking distance to the beach (5 minutes) -conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and entertainment- spacious condo with three porches and beach toys -nice heated indoor pool and hot tub -check in and check out process was extremely easy and smooth. Jodi is very responsive. The not so positives: -the cleanliness needs significant improvement (garbage can was filthy, found an old gummy bear stuck to the couch seat, first morning a semi alive roach greeted me in the kitchen, and pretty much all decorative wall piece, lamp shade, and closet door was covered in inches of dust. -the condo and furnishings are really dated but as shown in pictures. -the outdoor pool was not open in the first week of May despite being told it was open at the time of booking. -bring your own bed sheets or you pay extra fee.
