The condo could have been a little bit cleaner we had to sweep up a lot of sand , turned on the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms and dusted was falling all over the bed, we just decided not to use it, other than that the condo was nice and the few of the beach was perfect, the outside pool was nice and clean my granddaughter had so much swimming she’s not but 3 years old, parking was great

The property was just as listed. Steps away from the beach, clean, quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay. Contact with owner was ok. Had issue with air conditioner in bedroom blowing hot air. Did not get repaired. Repairman stated a new u it would need ordered. No response from owner or repairman on when to be replaced. Fans were there so we used those and ran the other unit. Sliding door to bedroom would not lock and no board to put there to keep closed and screens needed to be fixed. The other bedroom that has a window to the hallway needs a curtain on it to block the light at night. Daughter had issues sleeping. Cleaning group needs to be checked on randomly to be sure things are getting done. Trash in bedroom, cabinet had syrup spilled, which I cleaned up cobwebs.
