It was a really nice place to stop for a night in Hardin. We got there late and the man at the front desk was so accommodating and gave us lots of tips about things going on in the area!

Noisy - next to utility room. Booked into disable room, Door would not close without slamming it.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room, as well as the entire hotel, was very clean.

Room was clean, beds were ok (pillows could have been better), TV channels available were great. Common room was nice with nice tables, a comfy seating area, games, a big TV and gas fireplace. When we arrived early our room was ready and they allowed us to check in early. Also allowed late check. Both with no additional charge.

We had the last room in a hallway for which the wall was exterior and it was freezing when we entered! Had to turn up the heat to as high as it would go and sit in the common room for a good hour to wait until we could renter without shivering :( Breakfast was disappointing. Although it ran until 10:00 we got there around 9:30 and there were only a bit of dried out eggs, no sausage or bacon. Did not offer pancakes as listed, Juice machine was not working nd he orange juice in the mini fridge in bottles with a label tasted horrible. Selection was not as expected or listed. No heat element in bathroom.

We only stayed one night as we wanted a property close to Little Big Horn, before continuing on to ND. Used the laundry facilities, clean, and office offered free detergent and dryer sheets, but we had our own. The lady at front desk friendly and very helpful; she shared eating locations on the local map. Not a big town...we went to 4 Aces and got take out fried chicken, bar restaura nt that was very crowded...was supposed to be best ever...it was ok...and filled our stomachs. Breakfast included.. was standard fare. Room comfy and clean.

The front desk clerk guy in the morning was not especially helpful and I thought rude. There was a slight misunderstanding if I had gotten a copy of the check out receipt. When I clarified I would like a receipt, he very sarcastically said"I thought you said you had a copy". I simply said that I would please like a copy and let it go. This guy is not a good representation of the property.

Place was a dump. Very old. Staff not very friendly or helpful

The staff was very helpful. we were in a group in town for a funeral.

The curtains didn’t work. staff said they had ordered a part.

The close proximity to Little Bighorn Monument was a big factor in booking this hotel.
