Podłoga w pokoju nie była całkiem czysta oraz niektórego elementy były popsute, stoper do drzwi leżał wyrwany z podłogi od momentu zameldowania i nawet panie sprzątające nic z tym nie robiły.

The staffs were friendly, rooftop bar was stunning and they prepared a small bath for our 18 months old daughter which made her really happy.

We could smell has in the elevator and some people were smoking outside the entrance area.

Nothing this time although is my usual go to hotel when in Barca for work due to excellent food, rooms, service and location.

There was a private party in the restaurant and was therefore closed to other hotel guests. No consideration for other guests who were then pushed towards the bar in the lobby for food and drink. Service in the bar was slow, really slow. Un attentive even thought there were only 4 guests in the bar, the staff were too busy talking amongst themselves. No prior notification from the hotel or reception regarding the closed restaurant which is poor and at this level, un acceptable. How many guests would stay at a Nobu hotel if they knew in advance the restaurant and menu was unavailable!?! Soundproofing in suite was poor also! Next door had a party until 2am and the sound transfer was horrible!

La différence entre la cuisine du room service et du rooftop ! C’est dommage qu’un même plat soit différent en terme de goût ..

Clean room and perfect bed. We had a room on the 3th Floor without views but with a little garden/balcony. Very kind staff.

The location is too far from city center. This hotel is better for business trips instead of leisure/holidays.

The view was amazing.

Breakfast - not too many variation, it was cold. Room - was not that clean, I found some hairs in bathroom.

Le roof top C est l immeuble le plus haut de Barcelona Très belle vue sur Barcelone Le personnel est à l écoute J ai particulièrement aimé l’aide d’un agent d accueil qui parlais couramment Portugais pour me rendre à la place de Catalunha depuis la gare central. La chambre disposais d’un mini bar si besoin Les produit mis à disposition tel que le shampoing gel douche étaient plutôt bien

In summer the rooftop would be very fun. The gym was good. The pillows and bedding were excellent.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. Some days you had only some towels, other days you had less pillows, maybe they need a checklist. Vanity was never replaced. Tea What’s up? Only replaced when drawer was left open.

They charge to use the spa, and both times we paid and visited the steam bath did not work, and the swimming pool jets weren’t working. Breakfast is lacking but makes up with the splendid view. Room air conditoner unbelievably loud.

Es folgt eine lange Beschwerde... Check in: Wir haben 5 Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Angefangen hat es mit Check in, wenn die Rezeption unsere Buchung für 2 Personen nicht gefunden hat und gefragt hat, ob mein Mann (!) ein separates Zimmer haben möchte. Für ihn war das Frühstück nicht inkludiert, wir haben es extra dazu genommen, damit wir wenigstens den Tag zusammen anfangen können (für mich war es eine Geschäftsreise). Es wurde uns ein 600€ (!) deposit abgebucht, das ist auch ungewöhnlich. Meisten Hotels nehmen 200€ + die Karte... Frühstück: Ab Tag 1 bis Tag 4 müssten wir jeden morgen bei der Anmeldung für Frühstück diskutieren und jeden Tag (!) wurde mein Mann gefragt, wer er ist. Am Tag 3 hat uns die Managin versichert, dass sie sich darum kümmert, dass das nicht mehr der Fall ist. Beim nächsten Frühstück erfolgte wieder sie selbe Situation (wie oben beschrieben). Am Tag 4 wurden wir von Zimmer ausgesperrt, weil das Personal vergessen hat, die Zimmerkarte zu verlängern. Danach erfolgte ein Entschuldigungsbrief von der Managerin: wir haben 2 gratis Getränke für Rooftop Bar und am Abreisetag gratis Frühstück (für beide). Rooftop Bar: Das Personal war nett, wir haben insgesamt 4 Cocktails und 1 Bier konsumiert. Wir würden für 1 Cocktail und 1 Bier eingeladen, obwohl wir unser Wunsch für 2 gratis Cocktails geäußert haben. Daraufhin wurde die Rechnung geändert und wir haben das Bier gratis dazu bekommen, obwohl mein Mann es bezahlen wollte. Ist es wirklich leichter die Sachen zu verschenken, als es gleich richtig zu machen?? Abreise: Das gratis Frühstück für beide haben wir nicht angenommen! Das Personal würde es sowieso nicht hinbekommen und wir wollten die Diskussionen vermeiden und haben beschlossen woanders zu frühstücken. Check out: Die Rezeption wollte uns +50€ nicht komsumierte (!) Artikel von Minibar verrechnen. Fazit: Wir wollten nur das wofür wir bezahlt haben, nicht mehr und nicht weniger!!! Hoffentlich kriegen wir unser 600€ Deposit zurück.

Ça n'est pas normal que l'accès au spa et piscine soit payant pour les résidents de l'hôtel . La réception des chaînes de TV à été très mauvaise. L'image pixelise sans arrêt.

Todo, absolutamente la instalaciones perfectas , cama etc . Es muy muy bonito.

Tuvimos un gran error a la hora del check in. Cuidado con esto, porque te cobran una preautorizacion y al día siguiente al hacer el check out, nos quisieron cobrar el importe de nuevo, tuvimos que informar del error. Si no llega a ser por eso, me cobran dos veces el hotel

Cuando vi la ubicación que era muy mala pedí que cancelaran mi última noche y en todos los hoteles que ido nunca había tenido problema aquí el personal se puso muy pesado , contacte con booking y me contesto que dependía del alojamiento , el cual nunca me quiso cancelar esa noche, no se hospeden ahí la ubicación es muy mala , y en la terraza tienen el peor servicio una mesera y el barman con una muy mala actitud , mal encarados y no dan buen servicio.

An extremely comfortable stay. The hotel was clean and modern; we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We were worried about the location after reading some reviews but did not find it a problem and on the contrary, it was nice to stay somewhere a little quieter. It was extremely easy to get into the centre of town. We would definitely stay again.

Rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable bed and pillows. Spa is lovely BUT steam room wasn't working.

Location is terrible. I was shocked when I arrived, and didn't think it could possibly have been the Nobu. There's no branding from the outside, the neighbourhood is not appealing at all, the lobby / reception is ugly and there was an overwhelming security presence (approx. 4-6 security guards in the lobby). The rooftop was nice BUT no where near enough seating / sun beds / very limited space. The staff were incredibly rude on the rooftop: no greeting; no service; no attempt to welcome you or find somewhere for you to sit. The breakfast was decent, but not 5 star. The room service was decent, but not 5 star and incredibly overpriced. The spa was nice, but steam room wasn't working and the other guests were loud and disrupting the peace. Overall - not worth the money. Plenty of 5 star hotels in Barcelona that are much nicer, better food, better location and better service.

Me encanto la atención de Roberto en el desayuno. Es un joven Peruano con pasión por lo que hace, también hubo en la noche en el restaurante un joven italiano muyyy amable en el servicio. Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, camas muy confortables, desayuno variado y generoso.

Pienso que la habitación 319 no es la mejor ubicada dentro del hotel. Sin embargo se preocuparon por he estuviese cómoda.

La chambre, le lit, la salle de bain étaient très agréable et confortable. Et le restaurant au dernier étage avec une belle vue panoramique sur Barcelone.

They gave the worst service. If one asked for anything they would not give . In room dinning would never pick up to take an order. No one responds to anything you ask for . Totally disappointed and would never stay in this chain of hotels . Terrible service.

Rooftopbar was heel goed en het NOBU restaurant was echt TOP. Stond in schril contrast met de rest van het hotel.

Kamers waren ok maar na ontbijt op de kamer bleven de plateau's tot 's avond op de kamer staan. Bedden werden soms niet opgedekt, minibar niet bijgevuld. Mag niet voor een would-be tophotel. Er wordt wel gezegd NOBU Montjuich maar eigenlijk ligt het gewoon aan het stationsplein ver weg van alle groen.

Cudowny design hotelu, wspaniały rooftop z basenem i pysznym jedzeniem.

Uważam za skandaliczne, że właściciel hotelu oszczędza na liczbie personelu. Personel sam w sobie jest profesjonalny i wykwalifikowany, jednak nigdy w swoim życiu nie czekałem 30 minut w kolejce, aby się zameldować.

Excelente trato de todo el personal, hotel con una decoración y ambiente muy relajante. Excelente ubicación cerca de la estación del tren. Desayuno variado y vistas espectaculares. Habitación grande y cama muy cómoda.
