It is a 5 mile drive to get to the bridge to go anywhere. restaurants, shopping, etc. But the beach is very open and private. There are many trade offs and driving 5 miles away from the bridge to get to a mostly private beach is well worth it. This home is handicapped accessible and allows someone with mobility issues to enjoy independence. 2bedrooms with king size beds also make it comfortable for our 6’5” family members. This is my 3rd time at this house and if I am going back to Holden again, I will stay here again.

We had such a good time at this house. So comfortable for all, including young grandchildren. We didn’t have to worry about any steps going to the beach, flat boardwalk all the way to the sand. The bedrooms were great as well as the common areas. There was plenty of room for the little ones to move around. We could not have asked for anymore.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at the Graham Sport House! The house was exactly as described. Furnished very well, with comfortable furniture. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of room for the 7 of us to move around. The handicapped ramp was perfect for my elderly parents. We enjoyed sitting on the covered back deck and soaking in the beautiful
scenery.

This long weekend of r and r was exactly what my family needed and in the perfect location, no less. The house is cozy and comfortable, stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of space for two families staying and safe for children to run around.
Staying beachfront is always important to us and this house fit the bill perfectly! We were able to leave our belongings on the beach while we ran up to the house for lunch and it was perfectly located for morning sunrise and evening sunset strolls.
We will be back! This house was perfect for us!

Great House For Our Family!
We had a total of 9 adult family members in and out over 2 weeks. We had a very relaxing and fun time! The house is very spacious! Each person could have privacy. The ramp made carrying groceries & suitcases so much easier than steps! The kitchen was fully stocked- we even used the crockpot! Having linens and beds made was awesome! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Fall Family Getaway
We loved our stay at this property. The location is wonderful! The beach was not crowded and the area is very quiet. We had our elderly mother with us and the ramps and lack of steps up to the house and beach were very much appreciated. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks again for a wonderful and memorable family vacation!

Graham Sport is a lovely property
Some repairs are needed; The garbage disposal does not work. We tried to clean it out and found wooden clothes pins in it. The refrigerator is missing shelves. Three of the TVs have trouble working.

We had a wonderful time here. The house was set up so nicely, the rockers on the back porch and the walkway down to the beach were favorites. We were grateful for the boogie boards and sand toys. This all went together along with hperfect weather for a wonderful family get away. We'll be back!

Graham Sport house is a great find. The house is well furnished and can’t beat the proximity to the beach (as well as no steps, the walkway is flat the entire walk up). We loved Holden Beach and the Graham Sport house!

With only a few minor quirks, we had a great time. We communicated with the owner who was receptive and responsive. The best thing about Holden Beach in the Winter is that you can watch the sun rise and set over the water! And a dark sky with stars as far as you can see.

Great property for seniors -with ramps. New furniture is very nice and kitchen is well stocked. The cleaning service missed a few things but we had planned on cleaning anyway upon arrival . We will be back,!

Get-Away Haven
We had a beautiful week.....such a joy to have our family together during these difficult Cova-19 times....so nice to not wear masks for a week. We were afraid it would be too noisy over the 4th but it wasn’t. It was nice and cozy....the walkway to the beach was perfect...no steps!
The air conditioners upstairs were nice......could have had a better grill ...we ate in more because of social distancing ...our son-in-law loves to grill but the grill was just too dirty....all-in-all it was very cozy....

Despite the weather...:)
We absolutely loved the house! We had the perfect setup for our family, spacing on the main level was awesome and the kitchen was conducive to family meals and card games. My elderly parents joined us also, but stayed on the deck most of the time, which was perfect for them! Great space!! I think this was about our 23rd time to Holden and this home stacks up with the best of them!

Beautiful views! House feels just like home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Graham Sport. The house was well stocked and so spacious for our group of 11 (inc. 5 kids). The convenience of the ramp and boardwalk to the beach was wonderful. The view of the ocean from the house can't be beat! The beach closet had everything you need for a day on the sand. The beds were very comfortable and the living spaces were very cozy. We would definitely rent again!

Great location and good layout of house
Property is well maintained. Did find damage to one shelf on refrig. and refrig. shelf on door... Other than that, this was an excellent rental. Did not like the fact that cancellations were not possible for this property and unfortunately will not stay here again for that reason. Other than cancellation policy, I would have recommended property...

Great house for the family
We spent a long weekend between xmas and new years on Holden beach which we visit every few years usually in the summer. house was great well equipped comfortable sleeping, modern kitchen, wifi and TV nice to have better than basic cable. Would definitely stay there again. Owner/manager is really helpful and focused on making sure we were happy!

Large, wonderful property. The total package.
We are a bunch of old dudes who rent a house somewhere on the NC coast every fall for a fishing trip. We had a great time and plenty of room in this large and well laid out house right on the beach. huge parking capacity, big deck, large bedrooms and a place for all 8 of us to sit in the living room at the same time. We did not have a single disappointment. We have rarely had such complete success with a home. Thank you for having us and I hope we can come again.
