Very cute little house in a quiet neighborhood, only complaint was that there were dirty towels hanging and the shower was covered in hair which was very disappointing.

We had a one night stay with our party of 7 on our way to Glen Canyon National Park. The home was just as described with 3 bedrooms for all 3 couples. The kitchen/dining was a bit cramped for all of us but we made it work for the one night stay. It is an older home that needs a little more cleaning on the front porch, window sills, and the backyard. It was just one night but if we had wanted to use the charcoal grill we would have had to clean the patio and table. The beds were very comfortable and overall was a great place to rest over.

We had a nice stay here in Ivins. Very cute house, nicely decorated, with pretty much everything one could ask for. The location was convenient to Snow Canyon and Kayenta. The owner was very responsive when contacted but did not offer check-in info until asked. And while the kitchen and baths were clean, it could use a deep clean of baseboards, windowsills, etc.

The home was ok, the minute we walked in I could smell cigarette smoke, reach out and was told it may be the cleaners? The smell is in the ventilation and I had a headache the whole time we we there, less than 10 hours stay. Would never have booked if we knew about the stench of smoke.

Our stay in Ivins suited our needs as we travelled home. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. The red rocks at sunset and sunrise were breathtaking. Thanks to our hosts!

The location was perfect for our weekend visit. We had tickets to a couple of shows at Tuacahn, and were easily able to get there in less than 10 minutes. There is a grocery store and a few quick service restaurants nearby, and it is just a short drive to St George. The property was perfect for our family of 5. Thanks!

No communication after sending message for reducing the number of gusts and they charged me for extra person but not enough towels and dishes. No communication about check in until I contacted Vrbo. I finally heard from the host at last minute. No info about check-out. No battery in the remote for TV.

This house was perfect for us at the end of our South Utah trip. The house was very quiet and comfortable. My only regret is not having enough time to fully explore the Ivins / St George area. I would stay here again if returning to the area.

We'd been through St George many times but not Ivins. It's a very peaceful, quiet little suburb. The house was a great shape and great for a small family. The communication and check in were effortless. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

The house is in a transitional neighborhood, but quiet. The bed was comfortable. As frequent VRBO-ers were disappointed by the lack attention to detail: substandard cleanliness, rugs in bathroom and kitchen soiled. Crumbs in furniture , not dusted. Lamp broken in living room.

This is a nice small home in Ivins, with good local access and a more "homey" feel than the new developments in the area that feature large, imposing, rather soulless constructions. It is not fancy but well-supplied, and host was responsive when needed.

I had to reach out to the owner to get info on how to check in as nothing was ever provided and this was less than 24 hours prior to arriving. Luckily they responded to that. After arriving we could smell smoke so I reached out to the owner again and was told they were aware someone had smoked in the house and had treated it a couple of times. The owner said they would provide a discount due to this. We stayed there over Thanksgiving weekend and we tried not to be there much due to the smoke filled air. After our stay ended there was no more communication from the owner and no discount was ever provided. People need to share what they know and follow through with promises made.

The house was so cute and very clean. Great location for Tuacahn and Ivins Reservoir, which is what we came for. Fully stocked home with everything you need. Would highly recommend!

We had everything we need, not too far from St. George, and clean.
The host did not respond to communication through the App, when I sent a question or when I confirmed we checked out. However, these were not deal breakers; we would stay here again.

We were only there one night, but it didn't seem as clean or well-appointed as when we stayed there a year and a half ago. The soles of our feet were filthy from walking barefoot in the house. Love the closeness to Tuacahn, Snow Canyon, & Kayenta Coyote Gulch Arts Village. Communication with the host is excellent.

This house had lots of space to spread out with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, a family room and a seperate laundry room. It was stocked with all the basics. We liked having the garage to store our bikes in when we weren't riding. The neighborhood was quiet with easy access. We definitely will try and stay there again.

It was fine for a one night stay, which we did. I would say they clean the toilets, showers, sinks, counters/furniture, and floors well, but the baseboards, lampshades, and stuff like that were dusty. The kitchen is very minimal as far as cooking supplies, luckily we didn’t cook at all, so no biggie, but just know that if you want to cook. The smell when we got there was kinda like there had been a smoker living in the house at some point in the past, not super strong, but we all noticed it. Bedding was clean, beds were comfortable, and for such a small house it was spacious. We had only 3 adults, but you could easily accommodate more without it feeling cramped.
