Come stay at our comfy, cozy, NEWLY RENOVATED home in the beautiful city of Ivins, UT!
1 Master Suite and 2 additional bedrooms.
2 car garage for parking(additional parking on side if needed NO STREET PARKING)
The space
Fully equipped kitchen for cooking.
65" SmartTV - feel free to login to Netflix, Youtube, etc. - just remember to logout!
Sofa folds out into a bed - we provide extra pillows + blankets
There is also a blow up mattress that you are welcome to use
Pack N Play available for use as well.

There is much to see and lots to do outdoors: hiking, biking, exploring, fishing, and sightseeing!
Tuacahn Amphitheater: 3.5 miles
Downtown St. George: 8 miles
Snow Canyon State Park: 4.5 miles
Ivins Reservoir: 3 miles
Kayenta Art Village: 3.3 miles
Tawa Fishing Pond: 3.9 miles

For the safety of our guests as well as our own piece of mind, the home is equipped with 3 outdoor security cameras - One at the front of the home and one at the back of the home and the last is on the south side of the home. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to ask!
Please tidy up the home on your way out! Thank you!!

We loved our stay here. The house is very comfortable and clean. It is a great location for Tuacahn and Snow Canyon. It is not very far from St. George. We found the beds to be very comfortable. We will come to this house again. The friends we came with also enjoyed it.

It was the perfect location for us, all on one level, which we needed and the right amount of beds. But it wasn't very clean and not as stocked with the necessities as I've had in other properties.
