Modern Duomo View è un appartamento luminoso ed accogliente posizionato proprio nel cuore di Firenze in una tipica stradina del centro storico della città. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano di una palazzo storico da cui si gode di una bella vista sulla cupola del Duomo e sul Campanile di Giotto. Attrezzata per ospitare fino ad un massimo di 5 persone, ci sono un letto matrimoniale, un divano letto doppio ed una poltrona letto, la casa è composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale, un ampio soggiorno, cucina ed un bagno completo con doccia.
L'appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato di recente ed è dotato di aria condizionata, internet Wi-Fi, lavatrice, forno e TV.

This was my first experience with booking a VRBO property, and it did not disappoint! The hosts of this property are fabulous! They communicated every detail through VRBO effectively and efficiently, which was greatly appreciated. They checked in multiple times prior to our trip, during our trip, and after our trip which was very helpful! As far as the apartment goes, as they say in real estate, location, location, location! Since this was my second trip to Florence, and my husband's first, I knew I wanted to stay close to the Duomo due to it's central location to everything we wanted to see and do in Florence. A pleasant surprise was seeing the Duomo bell tower and spire from the apartments living room window! What a joy to wake up to the bells and that view every morning! The layout of the apartment consists of the bathroom, kitchen, and living room facing the street, and the bedroom facing the back of the unit, which is nice because we didn't hear any street noise in the bedroom, and had a restful sleep every night. There are quite a few stairs to climb to get to the unit. I am 62, and my husband is 65. We are not super active people since we spend a lot of our time working in the US, however, the stairs did not bother us, and would not be a hindrance to us returning. The kitchen and bathroom are nicely updated and modern. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in your lovely apartment. We would not hesitate to return!!! Everything was perfect!

Great stay. Clean and safe, close to everything you want. One thing, pack light, because it’s a walk up to get to the Apt!

The property was on the third floor and about 72 steps and no elevator; Just watch out if you have lots of luggage! also we had issues with heating and hot water tank; we did get help from the emergency number but we didn't have to deal with it during our vacation. Kitchen had basic utensils but no other stock of anything; not even tissue paper! so carry your own or be ready to buy. Location is a plus for sure! very close to duomo and the market square!
