We enjoyed staying at AF Academy Rancher over the Christmas break. Tony was exceptional at helping us when a member of our party had significant health problems and we needed to adjust who would be visiting the property. We notified him of a few things we found that were not in good working order and he was receptive to our communication. This property is close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and the Y! It also has a fabulous view of Pikes Peak! Enjoyed our stay!

Great location and beautiful home! Everything about the experience was easy and stress-free! Great communication from the property manager, and check in/check out was easy. Looking forward to staying again next year. Thanks for providing the perfect place to stay!

We had a great time in this house. The house was in a good neighborhood and was very clean. We had 11 people comfortably but had a few on air mattresses provided by the house. What looked loke bunl beds in the pictures were lofted beds so we had a few less beds that we expected. But luckily the younger guys were fine on the air mattresses. Would still rent again!

The people that own/manage this property are hateful and rude. Read all the reviews. Trust them. These people called us stupid and just flat out lie and find reasons to charge people fees for their own faults.

We greatly enjoyed our Colorado Springs family vacation! This house was in a great location and it was very convenient to access major highways and local stores nearby! It was close to everything….I can’t stres enough how convenient this location was for Colorado Springs! The house was perfect for us. It was very well stocked and they were super easy to work with. The check in and check out process was very smooth. We enjoyed everything!

Pool table was crooked and in the worse spot. We couldn’t have access to a lot of spaces crucially needed. Outside house(front and back yard)was dirty. Found old receipts under our beds. Linen smelled of old mold. Was blamed for house falling apart and owner took our damage deposit for old damage not done by us. Refrigerator smelled gross and had to clean. Grill was never cleaned. Found old bed sheets in dryer and smelled of very old mold with an unpleasant smell. I wouldn’t consider this unit. Find something else.

The house was divided up perfectly for adults upstairs doing their own games and movies and teens downstairs playing pool, games and movies! Definitely will be back!!

The house was beautiful! It kept us entertained with the pool table. It was a perfect place to stay as a family during our vacation in Colorado Springs. We would definitely stay, again!!

Great location and great home. We could not get the TV downstairs to really work but it was not a huge deal. I guess it just plays movies however there is no remote to hit play. The house is clean and spacious. It will be great when COVID is over-- whenever that may be! and the hot tub is back open. It was clear it was not open when I booked, however having it would be even nicer. The home had all the things we needed for a great stay away from home.

Nice place
We enjoyed our stay here. It is in a nice neighbor hood and located in a cul de sac which we liked. It was convenient having a Kings Super nearby as well. A couple small downsides is the park area (Bball and tennis courts, splash pad, etc) was close to the property but not close enough to walk to or send kids there on their own which was disappointing. The back patio overlooks a busy intersection but we still enjoyed our evenings sitting outside. We were also required to not wear our shoes inside which was somewhat inconvenient at times, especially loading and unloading vehicles from the driveway. Overall though, we would book this place again.

Lovely Place
This house is very well equipped. It worked great for the part of the family that we had with us. The bedrooms are strategically located to give everyone privacy. It is located in a quiet cul de sac but it backs up to a major street which can be noisy. The house is well insulated so it is really not a problem unless you want to open windows in the back; but the air conditioner works great so there is a remedy. Would stay there again - plenty of comfortabled space (and very well equipped in the kitchen).

We had a great stay! I give it 5 stars. The only thing that was a little confusing was the description of the "bunk" beds. These were bunks with no bottom bed; just a desk. If you think, like I did, that "bunk beds" meant a top and a bottom, don't plan on it. There is no bottom bed. There were nice full size air mattresses to use instead.

Its maybe three minutes from the head quarter of Focus on the Family. It's only 2 1/2 hours to either Raton New Mexico or Cheyenne Wyoming. Your like 15 mins to Cave of the Winds, Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, and Down town Manitou. It was an hour and twenty mins to Royal George Bridge and Royal George Train Ride. This place is just PERFECTLY LOCATED TO ALL THE ATTRACTIONS. Best of all our host was so very kind. Oh and its one hour from Denver Airport. Once again I can not brag enough on our time in the home, Colorado area, and all of the kind people in the area.

Had 4 adults/8 kids from 3-13, plenty of room to spare. Everything you need and then some. Perfect deck and backyard for grilling/hanging and kids playing. Close proximity to everything we had planned to visit/go be tourists. Recommend to everyone, you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful spring break!!
We had a wonderful time bonding as a family. As educators we were looking for a little R&R!!! The house was amazing and had PLENTY of room for everyone!! The kitchen was well stocked and the downstairs game room provided hours of entertainment. The view from the upper deck in the morning with a cup of coffee was beautiful. The kids found their imagination and played outside ( off of devices🙂) which was amazing to watch!!!! We would definitely stay here again or at any of their other properties!!!
