After coming to Madeira Beach for vacation every year for 46 years, this was my absolute best experience. Easy booking, awesome and helpful staff, and the best experience I have ever had. Thank you for making this such a memorable vacation experience for me and my family!

Great time, location was easy to get to beach and also close to stuff to do. Was a little loud with traffic and passerby but thats to be expected with the location so no complaints. Check in/out was easy and appreciated 24/hr check in.

My family and enjoyed our stay. The office staff regarding our reservations and accommodations went above and beyond expectations.

The property was dirty. The air condontioning units were so clogged with gunk they didn't work properly. I had to clean them. But still were dirty and smell The smell in the bedroom across from the bathroom was horrible. It smelled like dried urine. This smell was not from the bathroom. As soon as we walked down the hall the smell hit us. Not sure the last time the sheets were washed. Having windows with the outside street lights just outside the windows should have curtains or some kind of light blocking system in place. The kitchen was illequipped. No salt/pepper, no dish liquid, pans were inadequate, no serving bowls of any kind. The refrigerator had black mold on the door shelf where condiments go. The entire house had not been vacuumed in quite some time. Found the vacuum, but it was so clogged with hair and debris that we had to clean it first to use it. It still did not work properly. The bathroom was very small and not clean. The front porch where you walk in had not been swept in forever. We had to sweep that as well. How your cleaning company didn't see all the things we did is unfortunate. But before renting it again you should go in and do a complete cleaining and find out what that smell is. It is really disgusting. Get a vacuum that works properly. For the money we paid we expected alot more out of this experience. We did not plan on cleaning or holding our nose when going down the hall. I hope you take this review and take care of the issues at this rental.

Perfect little place within walking distance of everything!

Perfect location and within walking distance of a lot of great places! I loved that it was a few feet from the beach, but even if you needed to drive the area has ample of parking spaces where you can pay to park. The place comfortably accommodated 3 adults and 1 child. The couch is a pull out and my mom said it’s not as comfortable, so it would probably be best for a child to sleep there. Other than that, I have no complaints! Make sure to read the check in and check out instructions thoroughly and everything will go smoothly!
