Il soggiorno ha un divano letto matrimoniale estraibile personalizzato. Può ospitare un totale di sei. Manteniamo anche un materasso doppio scoppiettante. Vengono inoltre forniti lettino Play and Pack e seggiolone.
Nel pavimento il calore radiante e il camino del soggiorno ti mantengono caldo e confortevole. Ventilatori a soffitto in soggiorno e in entrambe le camere da letto per un eccellente flusso d'aria.
A 100 metri dalla Clubhouse Trailhead con piscina riscaldata tutto l'anno e vasca idromassaggio di grandi dimensioni. Tavolo da biliardo, palestra, griglie esterne e pozzo del fuoco. 400 piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus. Situato direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto a Hideaway Park. Slittino sulla neve, skate board park, parco giochi e nuovo anfiteatro per festival musicali, film e molto altro.

We enjoyed staying in this modern, very comfortable condo during our ski vacation in Winter Park. The bus stop is just 1-2 minutes from the condo. We found the condo to be spotless and the beds very snooze worthy. The gas fireplace is a real plus, especially after a long day on the slopes! We also enjoyed the access to the community center with a pool table, excellent hot tub and heated pool, We will definitely stay here again when vacationing in the Winter Park area!

This place was fantastic. The property was gorgeous and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants. The Ski Resort was about a 8 minute drive. Roger was a great host and easy to work with. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Stayed her for a weekend with my family. Great location near hideaway park. Kids had great time sledding here. Very close to winter park ski resort as well. Shops/restaurants are walking distance. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable, clean, relaxing place with a big kitchen with everything you need! The host was very accommodating and communicative and very generous with letting us have an early check in and late check out. The location is right in the heart of Winterpark. Great hot tub! Would stay again!

Lovely, we’ll appointed and perfect for a weekend visit. We communicated with owner with question about recycling and tv, and he responded promptly. TV in main living room did not turn on, but made us sit and talk with each other!
Altogether beautiful, with the surrounding mountains covered with the season’s first snow.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was impeccably clean and the bare floors were perfect for our little dog’s first “vacation “. He had no problems, though. You’ve been a helpful host, through your emails. We would love to be able to stay there again. On a completely unrelated and random topic, I noticed that the art in the bathroom had a special meaning to me. Our son graduated from CSU in May with a degree in music education with an emphasis in choral direction. The picture (I think) is of a choir director directing a choir of rabbits singing (and the flying things, too). Anyway, it was a fun whimsical print. Thanks for a lovely stay. - Linda Friskney

Roger was awesome and communicated everything so clearly with us. His condo was amazing, had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic, and hot tub even better. My daughters enjoyed going and playing pool in the clubhouse across the street! Highly recommend

We had a great time at Roger's place. He was a great host and the location was great. Beds were comfortable and the outdoor hottub/heated pool were a plus. Hot tub/pool is accessed with a keycard and had access later into the evening which allowed us to have a nice soak before heading to bed. Small note, the fire place is on a timer which ticks which takes a bit away from the relaxation of the fire, but we played music over it so it didn't bother us too much. Thanks again for a great stay Roger!

We had a great stay here with our small dog. Very clean & comfy. The unit had literally everything you needed. Awesome perk of having heated floors & fireplace. Loved that we could scope out our hot tub spot from the living room for apres too ;) Walking distance to the main drag & bus stop for the slopes. WPR is only a 5 min drive if you opt to but really no need to. Would def stay here again!

My buddy and I stayed at this condo for two days in late January, 2023. We were on a short ski trip. We are both in our 60s. The condo was beautiful, spacious, very clean and very well-equipped. We have been doing ski trips to locations all over the Western U.S. for 30+ years and this is one of the nicest places that we have rented. The owner (Roger) was very responsive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. The next time we ski at Winter Park, we will definitely be interested in renting this condo again.

Great location for getting up to the mountain - bus was a short walk away, as are tons of dining options. Condo is spacious and well-equipped with everything you would want for cooking, etc. A great spot!

My family loved our Winter Park get away and this condo was perfect for it! We were able to walk everywhere in town - shops, restaurants and bus stop for the ski resort. We loved the gas fireplace, heated floors and fully stocked kitchen. We also took advantage of the hot tub which was a quick walk across the parking lot. This was one of the only times where the owner has emailed that the condo was ready early and also asked if we wanted a later check out due to the timing of the cleaning. If we make it back to Winter Park, we will definitely look to book this condo again! Thank you for sharing it!

Enjoyed our visit to Winter Park. The condo met all our needs and had plenty of space for the three of us. Walking distance to a great place to play in the snow. Only negative would be the elevator wasn't always working in the complex if that is something you require. Thankful for a few family games in the closet when the weather is just too cold! Thankful for a washer and dryer after a day on the slopes too. Probably is true in all of Winter Park, but the snow can get deep in the parking lot so if renting a car, be sure to get something that can handle the weather. The condo was kept plenty warm even with negative temps outside. A round pizza pan might be the only thing I can think of that we could have used but didn't have. LOL. Very well stocked, clean and pictures are a true representation of what you will get upon arrival. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The check-in process was seamless. The condo had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is well equipped for families—with games, movies, kid-friendly spaces and swimming supplies. And the proximity to the pool is great. We loved having a washer and dryer for our layers of outdoor clothing that needed to be washed. The linens, pillows and beds were great! Overall, we loved it. If we go back to Winter Park, I will look for this rental again. It far exceeds the resort hotels, and it's more cost effective to boot!

We had a great time at Roger’s place! It’s in a fantastic location and was cleaned very thoroughly. Roger was also very kind in letting us know we could check in earlier and check out later. Great for a spontaneous weekend ski trip.

Roger is an awesome host and was readily available prior and during our stay. Roger has hosted us 4 times in Trailhead over the past several years. His properties are clean and comfortable. This visit we were in Winter Park for our son's wedding and the location was perfect for the Hideaway Park ceremony and reception at Headwaters. Thank you!
