The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. Loved the location and access to Winterpark! The property was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Kitchen pans could use replacing and a basic toolbox would have made it perfect for doing what we needed for the week.Property manager was communicative. Would stay again.

Only complaints is shouldn't use stained sheets and a mattress cover should be used. Also, needs to be cleaned better, it was so dusty/hair on most of the fixtures. Other than that, really nice place and great location. I would stay again.

The place was clean, well appointed, and well located. We had a fantastic time! The ski resort was a short shuttle ride away, and the slopes were awesome! We visited Sulphur Hot Springs, the Ice Skating rink, and many of the local shops. Thanx for everything, we will be back!
