The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. We have stayed in Winter Park many times over the years and this is one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. Everything is very modern and updated. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of utensils and cookware, all of which were in great shape (many times rentals have a hodgepodge of mismatched materials). All of the little things that make a stay enjoyable and easy were thought of, from having plenty of towels for the hot tub to great storage for skis and boots (with warmers) in the garage. We would highly recommend this rental and plan on staying here in the future.

The location and townhouse were perfect for our mini stay in Winter Park. Clean, comfy and cozy. I would book this place again. We had the best time.
