Quaint cozy little cottage. Met our needs. Only drawback is the close proximity to a very active rail system.
Oven needed cleaning. Heating/cooling system requires maintenance for dirt and noise.

Our time here was amazing. House is close to most attractions in the area but away from very congested areas. Loved how close it was to the beach. Could be walked but with kids a 2-3 minute drive to closest beach area. Seems to be in a relatively good area and had no issues. Nice size backyard to let kids play in when not at the beach. Inside of house is decorated with beach theme and is clean and well maintained. Had a couple issues with washer and dryer but owner was very responsive and issues were corrected faster than if I was trying to fix them. The only downside is the railroad is close like some have said but it runs down the whole coast so it isn't like you can get away from it if you want to be close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This rental was perfect for our short vacation! The house was clean and smelled absolutely incredible! It had everything we needed! The beach was in walking distance, but if you have kids I’d take the short 2 minute drive! We will definitely rent this property again!!! Our only complaint is that the outside light (bulb) attached to the outside of the shed is burnt, so the kids couldn’t play in the back after dark.

Small but perfect for our needs. Neighborhood is quiet and nice. Close to the areas we were going to and very convenient. It was just my brother and I - he was recovering from surgery and it was a perfect fit for our needs. Highly highly recommend this property.

Cute little house. Older, but clean as a whistle... The thermostat on the heater messed up, but the property manager jumped on it with both feet and took care of the problem. Pleasant experience.

This property was perfect for my family! The huge yard was super nice so the kiddos could run out pent up energy before bedtime. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the porch too. Super close to the beach and such a quiet area too.

Everything was great. The only complaint was the beds were not super comfortable but they weren’t horrible. Had to leave a day early due to emergency. I was sad that there were no refunds available.

Our stay was good. The one bad thing that is not mentioned anywhere is that there is a train track not even a 1/2 m I le from the house. We was woke up every time it came through during the night. Due the day it wasn't bad because may daughter loved getting to watch it. Everything in the house was nice and it always smelled fresh when we come back from activities. Down fall is you have to go outside to the shed just to do laundry and there was a couple of times it was raining. In the bath tub you have to be very careful because it is slick close to the drain. Other then that we enjoyed our stay. I would be willing to stay again in the future.
