Clean, close to the airport, arranged a shuttle without issue
The restaurant staff was a little rude, but overall everyone else was very nice and accommodating

Great shuttle service, great reception, nicely appointed room. Restaurants/grocery stores in area within walking distance.
Wish we had king bed, not sure if they do offer that option. We didn’t eat in the restaurant so can’t comment on that.

Modern. Spacious. Clean. Wonderful place to stay and get a good nights sleep before boarding an international flight home. Shuttle service to airport very appreciated.

Convenient to the airport. Shuttle was on time and fast!
The pool was closed. We chose this hotel specifically to have access to a pool. Very disappointed -- we arrived early and had a free afternoon to swim and relax after a week of slogging around in the heat. Instead we just waited in our room for the restaurant to open for dinner at 8:00pm! If a pool is advertised on the website listing, there should be some compensation when it's not available.

Evening reception and dinner service was exceptional. Daniel was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Our dinner server was outstanding.
Morning server and reception both rude. Not at all as helpful and service oriented as evening staff.

Everything was nice and clean, great check in experience and easy communication. Loved the bathroom;)n We even used the pool before our flight, which was a nice plus. Short drive from and to the airport.

Very easy to arrange courtesy transport from airport late at night. Very friendly and professional staff at reception and check in. Room met all expectations.
Pool only opened at 11:00am.

It is coveniently close to the airport. The shuttle provoded by the hotel starts at six. A taxi to the airport will cost 15€.
The food at the restaurant was nothing special. There are not so many other options around, but the metro is really close.

All in all a good hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the question I had. The rooms was clean, and the room had nice newer furnitures more or less like the photos of the hotel. I used the hotel parking which was easy to use, but came we additional fee.
The only problem I had was with the WIFI. It was a hassle to have 2 devices connected at the same time. Otherwise everything else was up to my expectation. I would book a room in this hotel next time I have business trip for Madrid.

Excellent value for the dollar. Got to the hotel via the Madrid Metro, everything in the room was fine, and the free shuttle to the airport left promptly on schedule the next morning.

All was perfect but on the floor were hairs and spots, housekeeping work really not so good.

Lobby was nice. Rooms were clean
No iron and iron stand. The hair dryer got hot and stopped working.

Room had water damage to floor and walls. Beds and sheets were very uncomfortable.

what a surprise! Very modern with large very clean bedrooms, first class bedlinen, excellent modern bathroom and high quality soaps shampoos et cetera.
Restaurant did not disappoint at all, and the breakfast was quite exceptional
The only thing, and it certainly isn’t the hotels fault, is there a number of people, including taxi drivers, don’t appear to know where it is! In the end my driver shut off the meter and continue driving me for a further 10 minutes until we discovered it

Good proximity to the airport and a good free shuttle service to the airport from the hotel. There are a few nice bars near the hotel.
