Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing canal view. Breakfast was excellent, very clean and the location was to die for! We walked everywhere. Central market square is a 10 minute walk along the charming streets of Bruges. We also walked to the train station when we didn’t have luggage to pack. It was about little over a mile. I would not hesitate to book here again.

Very friendly staff especially receptionist who was very smiley and helpful. AND we got a free upgrade to a larger room which was unexpected. Courtyard to have breakfast in was lovely… just about warm enough when we visited in September to take advantage of this.
Lovely top floor canal view room - view of sunrise too.
Quiet - absolutely no noise from other rooms. Overnight hardly any noise from outside either.
Bus stop literally outside. €3 to station (just tap in).
Shower excellent and bed super comfy.
TV has BBC1 and 2 and Netflix app.
Not much!
Fridge in room would be nice. Also (as a Brit) some decent English breakfast tea (in the room) would be nice (Yorkshire Tea / PG tips / Twinings / Clipper). Enough bags for x2-3 cups per day per person. More milk also please. And larger mugs would also be nice for a proper cuppa!

Location, and it was clean
Doors could shut smoother as you have to bang them to shut them. The room we stayed in had no safe which I think is a must , my friends room had one .

Fantastic breakfast in a charming hotel right on the canal.
It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room.
