The location is great. The building itself is stunning, and the room was spacious, well designed and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable.
The door codes we received did not work, and it took the owner 5 hours to call us back. Luckily we guessed the correct code (which isn't a good sign ;)...), so we were able to get in, but that kind of u responsiveness is unacceptable.
The shower drain was completely clogged with hair and grime, so I had to unclog it in the middle of the night so the bathroom wouldn't flood. It clearly wasn't cleaned in ages. The rooms are not soundproof either, which is to be expected in such an old building, but the fact you can hear your neighbors speak, and well, do other things, in such detail was a bit shocking.

Location was perfect. Beautiful building that has been renovated. The hosts were warm and inviting and provided exceptional service. Wonderful breakfast and very accommodating to my dietary restrictions as I am celiac and must have gluten free options.

Close to tourist sites, clean, excellent hosts, terrific breakfast
The spiral stairs were a little intimidating particularly to carry your luggage to your room.

Clean and beautiful rooms, at a great spot in the city centre. Very nice host who made us feel welcome.
