Wonderful location. Tram from train station 1/2 block away. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. Appreciated available ice, coffee and tea availability and small refrigerator.
Impossible to keep bathroom floor dry when showering. I asked for room on higher floor but was on 2nd floor where people eating at hotel across the street could look in so I had to keep drapes drawn.

Liked the Location. It is close to most of the cultural buildings and the waterfront.
The hotel didnt have a flexible cancellation policy. No free cancellation was given and also request to charge for one night instead of two was denied.

Hotel centralissimo e silenzioso. La struttura è pulita e accogliente, lo staff gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima e varia, sia dolce che salata. Letti comodi e molti cuscini per tutti i gusti!

I liked the staff and their kind attitude. They were always pleasant and tried to accommodate all our needs. I also like the location which was close to the park and the palace.
The mini bar was not working, the safe box was no working, the tvs were not working, there was no air conditioning in the room and at night the rooms felt like an oven especially since even the windows would not open. The three nights we stayed at the hotel we could not sleep. The hotel staff had placed two fans in our r suit but there were only three outlets for electricity and all three were in the bedroom none in the sitting room.
