Easy access back onto M5. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and attentive.
The pillows were terribly uncomfortable and as a result we did not sleep well at all.

Just what we needed to break up a long journey.
Jacket potatoes were not good

Breakfast had a good variety
Some of the fruit had gone off but was replaced very quickly when I told them

Children liked the pool, with booked time for families and nice, warm water.
Gym facilities available.
Very easy to get to from motorway.
Dinner at hotel was problematic - staff seemingly forgot our order as others coming in long after us were served well before us. The staff then acknowledged this, but then brought meat dish that wasn't cooked fully through. At least the staff were conscientious enough to take the cost of the dish off our bill.
