Towers Hotel & Spa

Comfortable bed and great breakfast. Access to leisure facilities. Free parking. Not far from central Swansea.

A little tired e.g. bathroom shower temperature control loose and the a little mould or black bits on shower hose. Woodwork a little worn.

Really nice gym facilities. And restaurant was lovely

No phone signal, poor WiFi.

All the staff we come across were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was 10/10 good location

I booked this for my partners birthday and added in the notes too i wasn’t expecting the ritz but little things really brought the hotel down firstly we walk into this room and see this chair out of some horror movie looking at us instantly made the whole room look scruffy like something i’d expect in a hostel. just throw it out. Then online it states towels are provided in the pool and they are but not until 9-9.30 i think so we went down and had to go back to our room for towels then the steam room no longer works and is no longer part of the spa and if i had known that before hand i definitely wouldn’t have booked.

pool was nice

Beds were very uncomfortable, room was very noisy, especially the plumbing and noise from other rooms. Breakfast was disappointing like going back to the 1970's
