From the moment we walked all the crew we extremely friendly and very obliging, nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make our stay a good one, shout out to Sandra, an absolute credit to the hotel.
For the price we paid, I'm not sure I could complain about anything.

Lady at the bar was lovely.
Room was good.
The World Cup was on but the woman at the front desk wouldn’t put the game on saying they did t have license, but it was on terrestrial tv. We were a groups and wanted to sit in the bar and watch the game, we weren’t rowdy and weee respectful but it felt like we weren’t wanted or welcomed. This was disappointing as we stay at Holiday inns a fair bit. Will probably look elsewhere next time. Very disappointed.
