When we reported a problem to Reception, they tried to resolve it promptly. The breakfast was good quality, plentiful and good variety. The girst room we were assigned had no wifi signal and a too softmattress. The room we were moved to had a comfortable lounge, was larger, had a walk in shower and a firmer matress
The wifi was non existent in the room we were first given and we found the mattress too soft. We were moved to another room where the wifi was intermittent throughout our 3 day stay but the mattress was firmer.

Good price. Fantastic breakfast, plenty if choice and fresh. Fabulous that no extra charge for patking - this is rare
Pool closed - would have been good to have that highlighted when booking as would have stayed at the other Holiday Inn. Main reason for booking (as well as close to motorway - convenience)

Good facilities.
Paid more for the premium room. There was nothing premium about the room, other than a sofa and they left a pac of biscuits on the desk. Air con was not working and radiators were not working either.
