Room is clean. Very convenient as well because pool is right in front. Although, it was raining the day we stayed but its still good.
Hopefully you got an electric car charger, go to a hotel in nelson bay to be able to charge our car. It would be a good addition to your services especially most of your guest drive an electric car.

The pool is beautiful and the way our unit opened up onto the pool is great.
The word 'resort' doesn't seem to really fit. The units felt like quite basic apartment blocks with very little finesse or luxury. And we couldn't believe we were asked to take out our own rubbish. For the price we paid, that seems crazy. There was some really nice staff at reception that we encountered but the lady that checked us in obviously didn't want to be there and it felt like we were checking into a two-star hotel.
