Everything about the hotel speaks affordable luxury. The staff Dominic was very helpful in getting my daughter and I checked in after our flight was canceled. The early check in arrangements meant a lot to us since we had to spend the night at the airport
Everything was perfect except that I didn’t sight a bellman onsite. I had to move our bags (6 bags in total) to the room on the 4th floor myself, fortunately the lift worked 😅 but a little help from staff could have gone a long way

Location was good.staff helpful friendly check in .good to gave a car park nearby but disagree with a £10 charge and the £50 room deposit ..had a river view but such a noisy room you can’t have door open to sit enjoy the view or keep open fir fresh air at. Night as a joining balconies so had to have the a/c on all night .Great super king bed but pillows too hard considering a 4 star Hotel group
Noisy river view rd so had to keep door shut .
