The place was clean overall. They have gounds keepers that are constantly working on the gardens. The cleaning staff are always at work. The lobby is clean and so on. The pool is nice and the area around the fish is very nice to look at.. They have live music for atmosphere at night and the lanterns are pretty. Great parking.

It's meant to be a resort but the pool bar is only open a couple hours every day. Breakfast stops at 9:30 and then no food is available until evening. Compared to other "resorts" I've been to. This The decking near the main bar on the outside is about to fall apart. If you step on it, the joists must be totally gone underneath because you foot sinks into the deck. Super dangerous. No place to just sit in comfort and relax. Pool area is ok. But if it is raining or a bunch of screaming kids are around and you just want to have some quiet area to read, there's no such place. The furniture in the rooms is super uncomfortable. We had to fold out the couch bed every night just to watch TV. It's like sitting on right angles.

The rooms are tired and in need of a makeover There was mould in some places We noticed ants in the bathroom, by the next day they were on our things on our bedside table and around the room Also hauling our suitcases up four lots of stairs in the heat was not fun Definitely not worth the premium price we paid
