Our suite was very large and spacious. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was buffet style and it catered for everyone's needs and it was well stocked for all to enjoy. If you wanted "eggs your own way" this was helpful if you wanted an omelette. Other than that they had had scrambled and poached eggs already to go and warm.
The hotel needs to update the electronics in the room as very old. No USBC cables and also old tech that didn't work near the TV as had a charging port but did not charge my device at all even though it showed it was powering up. For a business hotel this needs to be looked at.

Check in staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. First impressions upon arrival were good. Room was clean and tidy comfortable and spacious. Close to good restaurants and the casino.
Was difficult to get even a temporary park to check in. Obviously no free overnight parking nearby then. Valet parking was available which we did because there was no other option.
There was a sign in the room regarding reusing towels etc to be more green I guess but the toilet dribbled water constantly lol.

Very central, friendly welcoming staff, comfortable room, great location for Claudelands Arena.
We booked Valet parking which was great but the area in front of the hotel where you park is very congested

We came from Auckland for a competition, everything was fine however car park situation was shocking. Nothing available and we were told the carpark is pretty much first in first serve. Which for the price of staying just one night I found pretty terrible. We had no choice but to park in the casino which cost us another $38. Would have been good if we had a heads up as I would have just booked elsewhere.
