Zeta Motel

The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth and the receptionist was friendly. I was given milk as a bonus. The bed was comfortable and it had a smart tv! The room was very spacious!

There was, only a 'two in one shampoo' conditioner but grateful there refillable hair and body wash.

Hardy location - spatial clean room - good equiped kitchen, off street parking

No onsite staff- had to check in another motel few minutes away, checkin staff not very friendly - when asked (after long drive) if could use toilet at that site - after I'd provided payment details nd checked in , I might add, was told they don't have any bathroom available I could use? When combined with general couldn't care about attitude towards customers prob wont be rushing back to either motel in a hurry. Also didn't explain wifi setup nor was their a info booklet in room to explain. When rang main office phone number to check check out proceed - left voice message and received no reply- had contact other motel staff who had to look up info. _just left room card in room.

The room was great. Tidy and spacious.

Having no staff on site was poor. We couldn’t touch base with anyone when we needed them. Also, the bond we had to pay was ridiculous. We paid for our accommodation upfront then had an extra $100 added. Most places I have stayed don’t have a bond to pay. Not happy.

Once you in the room , its good .

door through car park was not working with the card so had to go around to enter Car park area looks very dirty which made me scared to be there . even the front of the Zeta was unkept which makes the area look scary .
