location was brilliant. 10 mins from the train station and right in the middle of the old town.
Had a lift which was a bonus. great cafes near by

The hotel was located right in the heart of the old town and although it was a busy street, the room noise was minimal to almost none. The staff were both friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast that was included had a reasonable variety of food and drinks. The room itself was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed for our stay. It was easy to walk to many of the local attractions and main train station/bus station.
There wasn’t much to not like about this property. If I had to pick out anything it would be that the hot food at the breakfast could’ve been kept up hotter temperature as the eggs and bacon tended to be on the cooler side. The lift was also very small, so if you have a larger wheelchair, it may not fit. There was also a couple of steps to the breakfast room so if you are a wheelchair bound. This would be a problem for accessibility.

Great location, right in the heart of the old town. Restaurants on your doorstep.
Room was a little small but still very comfortable.

I think the staff was good and accommodating.
Compared to other places we stayed in Switzerland this was at the bottom of the list. There are better places to stay in Zurich than this hotel It is clean and the staff is good but the location although convenient to the train station is sub par for the type of hotels one expects to stay in in a country that has so many excellent hotels in beautiful locations.
