Spacious room and walk in showers… top floor room. Nice breakfast.
Would have liked the room to be cooler and wished we could open the windows.

The staff was so kind and helpful. We were given water bottles and fresh water refills all the time. Suggestions for meals, etc and explaining any questions we had. It was a clean safe area.
It was generally good but we did not have hot water the last day of our stay

A great location in the heart of the city! The room was very lovely with an up to date bathroom and comfortable bed! The lobby was very cozy and the staff was very helpful.
One of the days the staff did not come to make up our room even though we left that morning for the day at 9:00am.

In a great location in Paris. Central to many main activities
Bathroom flooded due to lack of shower screen protection
Extremely basic facilities for such an expensive hotel
