Great location. Attentive staff. Beautiful decor
Rooms are just too small. No shower. Also the electrical seems a bit outdated. Lack of outlets as well.

Comfortable bed great location unfortunately, when I tried to fill the tub for a hot bath, which was much needed, the temperature was just lukewarm although the sink temperature was a very, very hot good staff the first person who checked us in was very cool. She was un enthusiastic, but the other others that followed her were great.
The fact that I couldn’t get a hot bath

The location, the ambiance, the service, the breakfast setting, the cleanliness, the decor, the toiletries, the macarons and teas for after dinner.
The size of the room - it was really tiny! The closeness to the elevator - we could hear anytime somebody used the elevator. Our room number was 12.

Opulent hotel with incredible staff and amenities. We had the best experience of any hotel we have stayed in and can't wait to return next year.
