The front desk manager during the day was very helpful and even though we checked in late, the gentleman helped us check in fine
A small area to make my kids sit comfortably and play as our flight was later.

Customer service was excellent. Thank you to Nila and Gilles who were exceptional. Great location close to the metro and shopping. Beautiful room with classic French decor. Great steam shower. Comfortable bed. Breakfast and service: amazing! So satisfying and delicious. Easy check in and out. Everyone was so helpful.

Beautiful character Hôtel in lovely location
The only downside was the receptionist who charged me for two taxe de sejour when I am a solo traveller and tried to charge me for breakfast when it was included.

Location and homey feel, new bathrooms.
Cleanliness has slipped, rooms feel grubby and there is too much furniture in the rooms. Quality of breakfast not as good as previous owner
