Proximité du centre ville, parking sous l’hôtel. Personnel accueillant. Chambre correcte.
Le restaurant 58 malheureusement pas à la hauteur, manque de passion dans l’assiette le filet de sébaste pas bon du tout ainsi que la garniture et la couleur de l’assiette. Le plat décevant. En entrée le tataki de thon trés bien pour la présentation. Ma fille avait demandé une brochette de bœuf saignante c’était trop cuit et sec.
Dommage que tout soit compliqué actuellement, le manque de bon personnel est le problème.
Dans la chambre qui est correct pas de frigo. Pas de shampoing n’y soins corps dans la salle de bain. Peut-être un oubli. La chambre était à 110 € et nous avons également déjeuné le matin (déjeuner large choix et frais).

Pretty much in the middle of Arras with underground parking and access directly to the hotel. Lovely room, great food in the restaurant. Staff very helpful.

Great location. Easy parking. Staff - reception, bar and restaurant were friendly, helpful and efficient.
Room was large, and as a family with two children the two single beds within the sofa bed were a bonus a what a great idea!
Decor was cool throughout and having a table tennis table was the icing on the cake!
We don’t normally eat in a hotel restaurant, but this looked good so we did and we weren’t disappointed! Lovely meal and wine and everyone was very happy!

The room was a good size, nice decor, comfortable bed. We had a view towards the Beffroi from our window and we appreciated the complimentary soft drinks in the room. The hotel was easy to find and is situated above a large public car park. It is a short walk into the old town centre. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, which was very good and excellent value and we found the breakfast buffet very good also. Staff were all very good - both efficient and welcoming.
The service at dinner was a little hit and miss (possibly new young members of staff) but more a more experienced member of staff quickly corrected any omissions.

Exceptionally clean, modern and comfortable with the entrance to secure, underground parking right outside the main doors. On site restaurant is lovely too.

Easy to find, good parking, clean comfortable room.
I booked 2 rooms, one twin, and one double. Our friends had the double. It had a double bed, and a single bed, was bigger than our room, yet when we came to pay ours was more expensive!

Lovely hotel which we use en route to Tunnel. The staff are friendly & efficient, lovely bar & great restaurant.

The hotel is in a perfect location with parking near by .
We were lucky and got upgraded rooms which were lively. The staff both on reception, bar and breakfast service couldn't be more helpful.
Thus was our first stay in a Mercure hotel and I will certainly consider booking one again
