Great location, perfect for what we needed as a stop over. Only a few minutes walk to the main squares in Arras.
Car parking located beneath hotel and available for non hotel guests, but helpfully able to move between car and hotel via Internal route, making checking in easy.
Room spacious and beds comfortable. Bathroom a good size with large shower.
Reception staff helpful at all times of day.
Not sure if I missed on the advert that the car parking is 20 euro per day. As mentioned above the location and ease of check in using this car park is a bonus, but if staying longer we would use some of the free parking in Arras.

Great hotel for a roadtrip stopover with parking and is pet-friendly.
Parking instruction for guests can be better, it was difficult to locate and understand for first-timer to the city and hotel.

Very clean, welcoming staff, proximity to city centre.
All good.

Conveniently located for the main squares and restaurants.
The building and adjoining buildings look very tired. Internal stairwells are dirty and smelly and detract from the feel of a good hotel. Overall it feels low budget.
