Hotel Golf

The room was well equipped, roomy and spacious. The breakfast was great, had a big selection and covered all bases. The location was great for us, being around an 8 minute walk to the train station which made our lives easier when arriving to and departing the city.

The walls in our ground-floor room seemed thin, as we could hear people in the neighboring rooms, as well as people constantly dragging furniture in the room above.

Vicinanza alla stazione, pulizia , eccellente colazione, gentilezza dello staff, fermata autobus sotto l’hotel, e in 10 minuti si è comunque in centro ( punti strategici di Firenze ) a piedi . Pienamente soddisfatta

The beds are comfortable and the Aircon works so you can get a good night sleep. The room is of a reasonable size. The breakfast was reasonable and there was a selection of cold meats and salads as well as yoghurts and pastries. You could get yourself coffees from the machine. The parking facilities on site were good.

The hotel itself is extremely tired, it feels like the hotel is waiting to be taken over and renovated. Everywhere is old and tired even the wallpaper looks worn out, Bathroom fittings are old and creaky the shower cubicle door did not shut properly so water got all over the floor of the bathroom and the extractor was not working. The bathroom was also very dark and dingy as the lighting was very low. The hotel is located on a major road and so it is dusty and noisy and it is quite a long way from the centre of town and all of the historical attractions so if you're going to walk be prepared for a long walk.
