Basic breakfast provision -toast & cereal, basic fruit. Cooked breakfast was extra.

Smoking around entrance. A wake was being hosted the day we arrived & lots of people in doorway smoking. Staff ok but not over friendly & welcoming.

Nice location out of the way, clean and modern room, and well kept hotel overall.

Wind whistling through window in double glazing had to plug hole with towel. Continental breakfast a little poor advertised options ie pastries etc not available and cramped serving location for buffet breakfast. It's was OK but those little things make it more special.
