Good room sizes.
Plastic kettle in the room. Loading cancer for sure. I did not know that they still exist. Should immediately be replaced with metal or glass ones.

Comfortable room, clean and well prepared for us.
Room was a bit stuffy as window was small. Tea/coffee was very basic, no choice of tea and no biscuits!

I love the location of the hotel in the leafy suburbs of a good area of London 3 miles from the action 3 tube stations nearby they have and are doing up the hotel since I ve been visiting past few years new windows being done at the moment

The lady on reception was efficient.
Very basic hotel that is looking extremely tired. Upon arrival water was dripping from the ceiling in reception into buckets and on to towels. Nothing was mentioned and it was not a good impression. We were also woken by room service just after 9.00am who were checking to see if they could make up the room. Not ideal.
