From arriving at the Gate the staff were fabulous and welcoming. We had Mark as our concierge he was kind and provided loads of assistance regarding where & what to do. Welcome glass of bubbly always a winner. We were in a spa room which was like a little luxury appt with a separate lounge with a super comfy bed. The hotel was lovely all the staff were super friendly the terrace on the evening with the fire tables was lovely. Breakfast loads of choice plenty of fresh fruit available. The spa was luxurious and the bonus of being able to get a cocktail whilst relaxing. Have already looked at coming back but will book with the hotel direct (free parking).
Absolutely nothing to fault and if you do find something to fault you need to take a good gander at yourself and be nice !!
