Struttura accogliente e ottima la formula del family hotel, con servizi molto buoni

Camera poco insonorizzata. Mancanza di persiane o blackout/ oscuranti totali, entrava luce. Non so se solo nella nostra camera.

The location is perfect. The food was in abundance. Breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, and a 3-course dinner. The food is so so good. All the meats were delicious, cured and cooked. Best cured meats I've ever had. The dinners were pretty special, different every night and with different themes. Afternoon tea is a bit of a treat, especially for the kids if they're allowed sweet things. There were fruits, sandwhiches, donuts, crepes, a chocolate fountain, pastries. The staff were awesome, kind, friendly, attentive and incredible with kids. We booked the Scoiattolo suite which was very comfortable for us, fun for the kids. Lovely views to the mountain and a big balcony to get some fresh air.

At home we eat dinner pretty early at 5.30pm so we can eat with the kids, do bath and bed. We would've preffered the option to eat earlier (dinner starts at 7.30pm) so that we can eat with them but also to digest the mountain of food we ate every night. We asked for the kids have dinner at 6pm and we would then have dinner later at 7.30pm.

The best rooms I have ever witnessed for kids and very comfy for adults A very relaxing holiday where you can leave your kids with the staff or stay with them at the pace that you like. Nothing - probably if you add a swimming pool it would have been even more perfect but overall nothing to complain about.

This is a fantastic place. Great for families both our son and us had a great time. Very friendly staff all around

Absolutely lovely staff and very nice food. We enjoyed the spa and the activities for children.

The room wasn’t super sound proof snd there was a noisy family next door.

WiFi signal needs improvement

Warm atmosphere, everything necessary for children, excellent cuisine and everyday entertainment for all family members. And all these in the heart of Dolomite Alps.
