One&Only Royal Mirage Resort Dubai

I would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team for making our stay truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a larger room, and the team went above and beyond to prepare everything perfectly for our special occasion. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, we felt genuinely cared for and welcomed. A special thank you to the wonderful reception team for their kindness, warm smiles, and exceptional service. They were always available to help with anything we needed and constantly checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, exceptionally clean, and provides everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, and their genuine care made our experience even more special. It was truly an unforgettable night and one of the most beautiful hotel experiences we have ever had. I will definitely be coming back again, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. Thank you for making our special occasion even more special!

Nothing

Everything about our stay was absolutely exceptional. The hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms and facilities were immaculate, and the whole atmosphere felt incredibly special, but what really stood out was the staff — every single member of the team was warm, attentive, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

There genuinely wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish, and we honestly couldn’t fault the hotel, the service or the experience in any way.

Amazing service , not one fault in our stat we loved every moment

It was all perfect

The bed was incredibly comfortable! Reception staff were helpful The breakfast and facilities overall were very good.

The service wasn’t as I’d expect, at times a little slow. The pool area was very busy and when we requested an area in the shade we were declined as the shaded areas were chargeable, which is not acceptable when you are paying a premium to stay at a property I left an expensive electric toothbrush when we checked out, which I emailed staff about and received no reply at all.
