The property was in a great location. The room was small but clean with a super comfortable bed and a great shower. The reception staff were very friendly and offered us a drink of water every time we picked up our keys which was a really nice touch. The night reception man Hakim was very friendly and welcoming and was a great ambassador for the hotel

Excellent location and facilities. It seems that the hotel has been recently renewed, all is very new and clean. The beds are extremely comfortable, the staff is very kind and nice. There is complimentary coffee and croissants available at the lobby, which is very pleasant when you arrive after a long day walking around Paris. There is an elevator to all floors. Breakfast is very generous with all types of foods for every taste.
The bathroom is a little to the small side, but this is a constant in Europe.

With the 24 hour reception, I really enjoyed saying hello to people as I came and left - all the staff were wonderful.

Staff and location.
Can’t believe the room we were given was ‘superior’ : it was small and difficult to move around the bed and to get to the wardrobe.
We arrived late evening, night deskman was less than friendly. We were disappointed with the room and if it hadn’t been late we wouldn’t have staid.
