Loved this hotel! Great location! Close to many places in walking distance and the train station/ metro is very close. Room was unexpected good in size, nothing like we had before in Paris. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Classic Parisian old style hotel. Large room, great bathroom. Very comfortable. Could not be better located. Great breakfast.
Decor a bit faded. Outside courtyards could be much smarter and better kept. The hotel is missing an opportunity to make the outdoor areas more attractive and inviting. Service for drinks in these areas was poor. Most 5 star hotels would keep these areas pristine, staffed, and inviting.

Really special place. Fantastic staff. It's a beautiful historic property that enhanced our overall Parisian experience. Highly recommended! You will feel like you live there!
All good. Some of the complaints I've read from others were unfounded. Maybe they just don't understand some of the things that go along with staying at an independent historic property?

Location and decor and vibe of the hotel.
No AC. It was not working! The bed mattress was horrible. I have to order an extra bed, and I was surprised that they charged me!! Thought the mattress really felt old and overused !!
