Location is very central to most of the iconic landmarks of London, very close either by bus or via the train.
No elevator in this property. Keep this in mind if you intend on staying here with multiple luggage, as you'll need to walk it up/down the stairs. Luckily my stay we were only on the 2nd floor!

Spacious, great location and staff were extremely helpful.

Best night sleep for ages. For a London hotel it was so quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was really clean. Great location just a short walk from London Victoria station and easy to get a bus to the West End.

Location
Rooms small. Not enough plug sockets. Stayed in room G1 and where the long mirror - no plug socket to dry hair or straighten hair. Also the only plug that charged items was the one on the bedside.
