Location was spot on for where we needed to be, staff friendly, comfy bed & pillows
Although the bed was comfortable it was a bit on the small size for two adults

It was a great location, very clean and comfortable. Walkable distance to Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace.

Didn't provide breakfast !!!
Toilet and shower room tho spotlessly clean was awkward to gain access because of doors !!!!! Perhaps bi-fold doors would solve the problem!!!!!

The location is great for Victoria Station and surrounding theatres . The staff we met were friendly enough
Its called BB but no breakfast (quite misleading ) They asked for ten pounds to leave the bags for an hour and a half . The beds are teeny and there were three hangers hanging on a clip for 2 people for 2 nights
Its a budget hotel and should be a budget price
