Friendly staff, very close to the beach, local restaurants and convenience stores. Great location!

I didn't like that the pool was hot and it have lights at night like advertised.

The hotel bar is permanently closed

Hotel was close to walk to the beach. The bed was clean and comfortable. The balcony was spacious and comfortable for sitting out.

Room was filthy (walls and curtains were stained and dirty), phone in room dead and hasn’t worked for two years, no coffee/tea supplies in room or in hotel. Had to walk to sister hotel down the street to get morning coffee. Couldn’t unpack suitcase because dresser drawers were full of sand/dirt. Front desk staff (most) were unhelpful and rude.

Stained towels and dirty bedding the “king bed” was just two twins put together, hair on shower wall. Worst was someone tried to enter my room in the middle of the night. And definitely not sound proof rooms doors are loud and you hear them all through the night

I love everything about this hotel.

I like the proximity to the beach and eateries. Parking however is a challenge. The first night we drove around for close to 30 min looking for parking. The only real recommendation would be for the management to consider lighting on the stairwell. It's beautifully sculptured but very dark. Lighting would help with spotlighting its features as well as allowing guest with vision challenges to see!

LIGHTING and some arrangement with a parking facility. Oh when we checked in we wsere not informed that the shower handle was on backwards so we took cold showers. It wasn't until Alfredo came in on our 3rd day to let us know lol!

Location Location Location! Great Beach Access! Love the stone pool. Staff was super friendly and helped us with their sister hotel down the street to have a later check out.

There was no parking so you had to find street parking. was the only thing complicated with a large family, but in the end, we were in a great location.

the Jacuzzi was burning extremely hot there’s no way to get in it. the rooms don’t have coffee maker’s ,refrigerator and no phones to communicate with front desk.
