Modern building, good Wifi, nice spacious and modern bathroom, no keys needed as there are codes at the doors, so checking in and out is done via mail.
The location is awful. There is nothing but loud cars and drunk people sitting around, a lot of dirt everywhere, we felt so unsafe we stayed inside all night. The room is so small that it is hardly bigger than the bed itself. We paid nearly 200 USD for such an uncomfortable stay

"The room was nice and cozy. I loved how secured it was by having a lock in the main entrance and on the room doors."
