The location is awesome.
The unit smells nice and kept when we came.
Enough bath towels and toiletries.
Water supply in the shower is good even we are upstairs. Front desk staff are friendly and accommodating.
There’s no tissue/paper towels in the kitchen. Only one kitchen towel provided for drying hands and drying the dishes as there’s no drying rack provided. Only have 2 teaspoons in the drawer so we needed to share and wash frequently.
The wifi was interrupted in the middle of the night.
We needed to text their number to get it fixed.
A small dishwasher will be suitable and will make the guests be more relaxed rather than handwashing a pile on a holiday.

The shampoo/conditioner is not great.

Great location, off street secure parking
Had booked in for 2 nights. When the cleaner (male) came to clean he just opened the door without knocking.
It would have been courteous and customer friendly if the cleaner had knocked on the door and identified himself.
I’m okay but a line female may have found the situation uncomfortable

"Super handy location to Pak n Sav and a good selection of takeaways. Centre Place mall a few mins away. Perfect for our short stay"
